1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bright Home website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
  • Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately; however, slight variations in colours, size, or finish may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing differences

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed after successful payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation, where available
  • We accept payments through approved payment methods available at checkout
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability — if payment has already been made, any eligible refund will be processed accordingly

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India
  • Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Tracking information will be shared once your order has been dispatched

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Step 1 — Check Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging

Step 2 — Submit Your Request

  • Email us at mithunkousalya6@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return
  • Attach photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Step 3 — Return Processing Fee

  • A non-refundable return processing fee of ₹30 will be deducted from your refund amount for all approved returns
  • This fee covers handling and reverse logistics costs

Step 4 — Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected
  • COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI

7. Invoicing

A purchase invoice or order confirmation will be provided with your order where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, images, and designs — is the property of Bright Home or used with permission. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Khordha, Odisha, India.
