At Bright Home, we are committed to delivering your home decor products safely and promptly across India. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
2. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship pan-India to all major cities, towns, and most pin codes
- We do not ship internationally at this time
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or COD acceptance
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 5–8 business days from dispatch
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and courier partner
- Remote or rural areas may require additional time
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified order value, as indicated on the website
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through our courier partner's website
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at mithunkousalya6@gmail.com
- We will investigate with our courier partner and provide an update within 2–3 business days
- Bright Home is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control
8. Damaged in Transit
- If your product arrives damaged, please take photos or a video immediately upon unboxing
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery at mithunkousalya6@gmail.com
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us
- Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases
