Return & Refund Policy

At Bright Home, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at mithunkousalya6@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Step 2: Include the following details in your email:
    • Order Number
    • Full Name
    • Reason for the return
    • Clear photos or videos (if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  • Step 3: Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  • Step 4: If approved, we will provide return instructions
  • Step 5: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days

  • Return Processing Fee

    A non-refundable return processing fee of ₹30 will be deducted from your refund amount for all approved returns. This fee covers handling and reverse logistics costs.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Attach clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund after review

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • To cancel, email us immediately at mithunkousalya6@gmail.com with your order details
